necessary materials:
- 100 gr chicken fillet, diced
- 1 egg
- 3 pieces of tortilla shells
- 1/2 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 potato, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- Grated cheese, to taste
- Lettuce, to taste
- Salt and sugar to taste
How to make:
- Heat the fire then saute the onions and cook the carrots, potatoes, and chicken until cooked.
- Add curry spices, sugar, and salt, stir when it is cooked, remove and set aside.
- Prepare the tortilla wrap. Then place the tortilla wrap on top of the Teflon over low heat and crack the eggs on top of the tortilla wrap. Beat the eggs, then flip the tortilla wrap over to allow the eggs to cook. If it's ripe, take it out.
- Prepare a container and place the tortilla wrap. Add the stuffing of chicken and vegetables, then roll up and bake again in Teflon until browned, remove from heat.
- Kathi rolls are ready to serve.
