Necessary materials:
- 600 grams of chicken breast fillet
- 40 ml yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- tablespoon grated ginger
- tablespoon lemon juice
- teaspoon cumin powder
- tablespoon garam masala
- tablespoon tomato paste
- teaspoon tandoori coloring
- teaspoon chili powder
- teaspoon salt
- Cooking oil, for greasing
How to make:
- Make 3 strokes on each chicken fillet.
- Combine ginger, garlic, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, garam masala and chili powder in a bowl, mix well. Add yogurt, tomato paste, salt and coloring, mix well.
- Add the chicken to the spices, coat well. Cover the bowl with plastic, refrigerate for 3.5 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Grease the grill pan with cooking oil. Grill the chicken while turning it over and brushing with the remaining spices until cooked. Lift.
- Serve while warm.
