Tikka Masala

Necessary materials:

  • 600 grams of chicken breast fillet
  • 40 ml yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • tablespoon grated ginger
  • tablespoon lemon juice
  • teaspoon cumin powder
  • tablespoon garam masala
  • tablespoon tomato paste
  • teaspoon tandoori coloring
  • teaspoon chili powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • Cooking oil, for greasing

How to make:

  1. Make 3 strokes on each chicken fillet.
  2. Combine ginger, garlic, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, garam masala and chili powder in a bowl, mix well. Add yogurt, tomato paste, salt and coloring, mix well.
  3. Add the chicken to the spices, coat well. Cover the bowl with plastic, refrigerate for 3.5 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Grease the grill pan with cooking oil. Grill the chicken while turning it over and brushing with the remaining spices until cooked. Lift.
  5. Serve while warm.
