Omelet

For an American (Western) Style Omelette You'll Need:

How to Make American Omelette: 

  1. Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Add the ham and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add bell peppers and onions and cook until soft and lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Whisk the eggs, a pinch of salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter in an empty skillet over medium-low heat and stir in the butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Add the beaten egg mixture. Pull the sides with a fork to shape
