Steak

Australia is the country with the highest meat consumption rate in the world. If you notice, the foods mentioned above all contain meat (except Lamington, of course). In addition, the famous local beef quality is also the reason Australians can eat steak day and night.

First, prepare the materials we will need:

  • Fresh beef - hash outside
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Liquid milk
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

There are two steps to making it:

Step 1 - Meat

First - The meat is marinated with black pepper, salt and pepper. Don't use too much salt, just enough. Leave this meat for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. This technique is also used by Australians to store beef for a long time. So when you are going to cook meat, just cut it without having to be given similar spices.

Second - Grill the meat that has been prepared to the level of doneness you want. Half cook most people make it. Later the texture of the meat inside will be pink.

Third - Grill the meat using a special skillet for grilling. If you don't have a grill pan, you can use a regular flat pan.

Step 2 - Steak Sauce

First - Put butter in a preheated flat pan. Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and onions from India. Later, a super sweet scent will come out. cook until half cooked.

Second - Continue to add the flour and stir until blended. When it starts to thicken, add the milk and continue to stir until it is slightly thick and even.

Third - Enter a little heavy cream, black pepper and salt. Stir until evenly distributed and the sauce is ready to use.

Now serve the meat that has been grilled along with the steak sauce that has been made. Use a hot plate for the perfect serving. Enjoy tasting "Typical Australian Steak".
